交通调查方案设计之调查仪器功能需求分析

摘 要

交通调查是一项非常重要的基础工作。调查资料是进行交通规划、交通分析、道路交通设施设计、建设及运营、交通管理与控制、交通安全和交通流理论等方面实践与研究的重要依据。为了发展我国的道路交通事业,必须积极开展系统的、有计划的交通调查工作。

交通调查有交通量、行车速度、密度、交通事故、OD调查等。不同的调查项目有不同的调查方法,主要有人工计数法、浮动车法、机械计数法、摄像法等。本文主要对交通量调查中的平面交叉口交通量调查和公路交通量调查以及OD调查中的过境交通调查的调查方法进行介绍,分别采用了手持式交通调查仪、视频检测系统和车辆牌照识别系统,都是机械自动设备,后两种交通调查设备简便而又花费高的特点决定了它们运用在一些比较发达的城市里更有优势。

在介绍了这些调查方法之后,同时也对将来的交通调查技术的发展趋势进行了展望,其中,GPS在交通调查领域中将会有很大的发展前景。

ABSTRACT

Traffic survey is a very important foundation work. The survey data is the important basis of the practice and research work in transportation plan, traffic analysis, traffic facility design, construction and operation management, traffic control, traffic safety, transportation flux and so on. In order to develop our country's road traffic career, it is essential to carry out the traffic survey work systemic and planedly.

The traffic survey includes the volume of traffic, driving speed, density, traffic accident, OD investigation, traffic flux investigation and so on. The different investigation project has the different investigation method, mainly has the artificial notation, fluctuates Che Fa, the mechanical notation, the photograph law and so on. This article mainly transits the volume of traffic investigation investigation method to in the volume of traffic investigation plane road intersection volume of traffic investigation and the road volume of traffic investigation as well as the OD investigation to carry on the introduction, has used the handhold traffic survey meter, the video frequency examination system and the vehicles license plate recognition system separately, all is the machinery automatic equipment, the latter two kind of traffic survey equipment simple and also spent the high characteristic to decide they utilized in some quite developed city have the superiority.

After introduced these investigation method, simultaneously has also carried on the forecast to the future traffic survey technology trend of development, among, GPS will be able to have the very big prospects for development in the traffic survey domain.keywords: traffic investigation; the volume of traffic investigation; OD investigation;
